What a haloe massage is like
You arrive, you talk for a few minutes about where you are holding tension and how firm you like the pressure, and then the hour is yours. Sessions run from one hour for a focused back, neck and shoulders massage to ninety minutes for full body. The room is private and quiet, only the area being worked on is uncovered, and nothing is rushed. Many clients book massage on its own; others add it to a cupping session so the muscles are warm before the cups go on.
haloe offers complementary wellness therapy to support relaxation, circulation and general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Who books massage?
Tight shoulders and neck from the desk or the phone. A back that has had enough. Legs and shoulders after training. Or simply ninety minutes where nobody needs anything from you. Massage at haloe is complementary wellness care for relaxation and everyday tension, not a medical treatment, and haloe makes no claims about any condition.
Which massage?
Back, neck and shoulders (one hour) is the most-booked session, for the places most people hold their week. Full body (ninety minutes) is the slow, head-to-toe reset. Head and face sessions are gentler and quieter, and popular as a first visit. Prices are below, and every one is the full session price you pay at checkout.
Adding cupping to a massage
Massage and cupping sit well together: the massage settles the muscles, then dry cupping or hijama works on the same area while it is warm. You can book them together in one visit and they are done back to back in a single slot. If you are curious, read about dry cupping or hijama first.
Prices
Every price below is the full session price — the same list drives the booking wizard, so what you see here is what you'll pay at checkout. Introductory pricing (20% off, shown struck through) is already applied to every session, so there's no code to enter. Home-visit travel is charged separately and isn't discounted.
