Life coaching in Manchester and online
A calm, one-to-one conversation with Halima to notice the thoughts that are not helping, loosen them, and find a way forward. In person at Milton Hall on Deansgate, online by video, or added to a home visit.
What a coaching session is
An hour, one-to-one, where you bring whatever is taking up room: a decision you keep circling, a pattern you want to break, a season that feels heavy. Halima listens first, then helps you notice the thoughts underneath and work out what you actually want to do next. You leave with something concrete to try before the next session. Coaching is not therapy or counselling, and it is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care; if that is what you need, Halima will say so and help you find it.
In person, online, or at home
Coaching runs in the private room at Milton Hall on Tuesdays, online by video Monday to Saturday, or as an add-on to a home visit. Online sessions are the same hour with the same person, and the link arrives with your booking. A single session can also be booked alongside a cupping or massage session at the clinic, so the two can sit in one visit.
The six-session package
Most change takes more than one conversation. The six-session package books your first hour now and the rest one at a time with Halima, usually a fortnight or so apart, so there is time to try things in between. Session notes and the steps you agree can be kept in your haloe account, so you can see the journey, not just the week.
Coaching and the body
Many clients come to haloe for hijama or massage first and find that what they carry in their shoulders has a story. Coaching is the conversation side of the same care: body first, then the thinking. Neither is required for the other, and you are welcome to book either on its own.
Prices
Every price below is the full session price — the same list drives the booking wizard, so what you see here is what you'll pay at checkout. Introductory pricing (20% off, shown struck through) is already applied to every session, so there's no code to enter. Home-visit travel is charged separately and isn't discounted.
Where to find us
Every Tuesday, Halima holds a full day of appointments at Milton Hall, 244 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4BQ — a private treatment room, not a shared space, with a receptionist on arrival, a key-coded door, and lift access throughout. Outside clinic days, haloe comes to you: home visits cover Manchester, Oldham, Salford, Rochdale, Stockport, Ashton-under-Lyne, Bury and Bolton, with a small travel fee depending on your postcode (free for the Tuesday clinic).
Cancellation policy
Free reschedule or full refund up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, sessions are non-refundable but can be moved once. No-shows are charged in full.
A few quick answers
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Coaching is a forward-looking conversation about what you want to change and how. It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and Halima will tell you plainly if she thinks you need those instead.
Can I do coaching online?
Yes. Online sessions run Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm, by video. The link comes with your booking.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
One hour. Prices are shown above and on the booking page, with a six-session package that books your first session now and the rest one at a time.
Can I combine coaching with hijama or massage?
Yes. At Milton Hall, a single coaching session can be booked together with a cupping or massage session in one visit. Online sessions are coaching only.
