Sessions are booked at haloe.health/book and paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. For home visits a travel fee, set by distance from our start point, is shown as a separate line before payment; for visits beyond our fixed bands we confirm the fee with you by WhatsApp before the session.
Collaborator and gift codes are for the person they were issued to, one use each, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Free reschedule or full refund up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, sessions are non-refundable but can be moved once. No-shows are charged in full.
If we have to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
You agree to complete our health intake form truthfully before your first session and to tell us about any change to your health or medication before later sessions. Some conditions and medications mean cupping is not suitable, or needs adjusting; if we learn of one on the day we may change or decline the treatment, and you will not be charged for anything we decline.
haloe provides complementary wellbeing treatments. They are not medical treatment and do not replace advice from your doctor. Nothing on this site is a promise of any particular result.
Only the area being treated is uncovered, and only for as long as it needs to be. For modesty and professional care, we do not treat the area between the navel and the knees on male clients. Every step is explained before it happens, and you can ask to pause or stop at any time.
Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened so the next client is not kept waiting. We may ask anyone who is abusive or under the influence of alcohol or drugs to leave, without refund.
Clients must be 18 or over.
We hold full professional and public liability insurance. We are responsible for loss or injury caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss caused by information you have given us that is incomplete or inaccurate, or by your not following the aftercare guidance we give you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law.
