haloe is run by Halima Yasmin in Manchester. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use haloe.health, book a session, or fill in our health intake form, and what we do with it. Questions: halima@haloe.health.

When you book: your name, email address and phone number, the treatment and time you chose, and, for a home visit, your address and postcode so we can come to you and work out the travel fee.

When you pay: payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe sends us confirmation that you have paid.

When you complete the health intake form: the answers you give about your health, medication and medical history, your emergency contact, and your signature. This is special category (health) data and we collect it only with your explicit consent, given on the form, so that treatment is safe for you.

If you use the haloe app: your sign-in email, your bookings, any check-in scores and notes you choose to add, and any photos you choose to send us for aftercare.

If you message us: what you send on WhatsApp or by email.

To take and manage your booking, to make sure treatment is safe and suitable for you, to send you confirmation, aftercare and reminder messages, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you (bookings and payments), your explicit consent (health information and aftercare photos), and our legitimate interest in running the practice safely (for example keeping treatment records our insurer expects us to keep).

Only the services we need to run haloe: Stripe (payment), Supabase (secure storage of bookings and intake forms), Resend (email), Twilio (WhatsApp and calls from the haloe number), Zoom (video link for online coaching sessions) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes your data on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Booking and payment records are kept for six years for tax and insurance purposes. Health intake forms are kept for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with insurance guidance. Aftercare photos you send through the app are deleted automatically after 90 days, and you can delete them yourself at any time in the app.

The site works without tracking cookies. Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the embedded Google map on our homepage only run after you tap Accept on our cookie banner. We use them to see which pages and ads bring people to haloe. No names, contact details or health information are sent to them, only page views and the price of a treatment. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of the homepage.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, withdraw your consent to our use of your health information, or object to how we use your data. Email halima@haloe.health and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
